How Serious is it?
Undiagnosed sleep disorders increase a person's risk for heart attacks, strokes, impotence, irregular heartbeat, high blood pressure and heart disease. Additionally, excessive daytime sleepiness can result in motor vehicle accidents, lost productivity and interpersonal relationship problems, including depression.
